Shipping very slow

I’m not sure why this review request is saying you fulfilled my order 12 days ago….Took me contacting customer support twice on two different platforms to find out if my order shipped…. It didn’t ship until after I messaged them and was just told that they had been busy with Black Friday. Ordered with plenty of time prior to Christmas on the 4th of December and didn’t receive order for over 16 days….. of 1 sweatshirt. Disappointed as we love watching the “write it down” videos.
